At Mamma Mia! Vintage, we carefully curate each piece of jewelry and accessory to ensure its quality and uniqueness. We take great pride in the items we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of many items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the merchandise is lost or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We require clear photos of the damage and a description of the issue to process your claim. Once verified, we will either offer a replacement (if available) or issue a store credit for the full purchase price, including any applicable shipping charges.
Lost Items
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
